Driver

Responsibilities:

Transportation Duties:

• Safely transport employees, executives, or guests to various destinations.
• Deliver and pick up documents, parcels, or company goods as required.
• Plan routes efficiently to avoid delays and ensure timely arrivals.

Vehicle Maintenance & Safety:

• Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle (fuel, brakes, lights, tires, etc.).
• Ensure the vehicle is clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
• Schedule and arrange for regular servicing, repairs, and vehicle registration renewals.
• Follow all safety protocols and traffic regulations to prevent accidents.

Compliance & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of travel logs, mileage, and fuel expenses.
• Report any vehicle issues or accidents to management immediately.
• Ensure compliance with local driving laws and company policies.

Other Responsibilities:

• Assist with loading and unloading goods when necessary.
• Provide basic customer service when interacting with employees or clients.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver (company, personal, or commercial).
• Knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime if needed.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically fit and able to lift light to moderate loads.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
