Dispatcher/Rider

Responsibilities:

• Address issues and requests by offering information or resolutions
• Prioritize calls based on their significance and urgency.
• Utilize telephone, or computers to dispatch riders.
• Track the location and status of riders to organize and prioritize their schedule.
• Provide information on orders.
• Enter information into a computer system and preserve logs and records of calls, activities, and other data.
• Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls and document vital information.
• Respond to any problems and follow up with the appropriate departments or field units.
• Maintain and operate a multi-line telephone console system.
• Respond to delivery-related inquiries.

Requirements:

• This position is open preferably to a male candidate
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar position
• Experience in data entry
• Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be ready to resume immediately.

Location: Must live around Surulere

Remuneration: NGN 70,000 - 85,000
