We're Hiring: Dispatch Supervisor
Location: Surulere, Lagos (Onsite)
Salary: ₦100,000 per month
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Dispatch Supervisor to oversee and coordinate daily dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure timely deliveries, supervise dispatch riders, and maintain high operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise and coordinate the activities of dispatch riders.
* Monitor daily deliveries to ensure timely and efficient service.
* Plan and assign delivery routes effectively to riders.
* Track rider performance and resolve operational issues promptly.
* Maintain accurate dispatch records and reports.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
* Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
* Handle customer delivery concerns professionally.
Requirements:
* Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in any relevant discipline.
* At least 2 years' experience in dispatch, logistics, or fleet supervision.
* Strong leadership and organizational skills.
* Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Proficient in using smartphones and basic computer applications.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
* Applicants residing in or around Surulere and its environs will have an added advantage.
