Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver parcels, documents, and goods to customers within assigned routes.
- Ensure timely delivery in line with company service standards.
- Verify delivery details and obtain proof of delivery where required.
- Handle packages with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and daily delivery logs.
- Communicate effectively with the operations team regarding delivery status or issues.
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company delivery procedures.
- Perform basic checks and routine maintenance on the assigned motorcycle.
- Represent JAM-Forte Logistics professionally when interacting with customers.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a year of experience in this role.
- A minimum of an SSCE.
