Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver items to clients promptly and in good condition
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries
- Follow assigned routes and delivery schedules efficiently
- Ensure the motorcycle is clean and in good working condition
- Promptly report any mechanical faults or issues with the bike
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE / WAEC certificate
- Valid Rider’s Permit (Motorcycle Class)
- Proven experience as a Dispatch Rider or in a similar role
- Good knowledge of road safety regulations and city routes
- Ability to communicate in basic English (reading and writing)
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Physically fit and able to work long hours on the road
- Must be punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
- Familiarity with GPS or smartphone navigation is an added advantage
