Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery address.
- Ensure packages are delivered intact and in good condition
- Communicate with the dispatcher or clients regarding delivery status or issues
- Collect payment or obtain signatures as required for delivery options
Requirements:
- Organizational and multitasking abilities
- Have good numeracy skills for delivery and expense records
- Polite and able to get along with people.
- Must be familiar with Lagos route
