Dispatch Rider

Responsibilities:

• Keeps customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status.
• Answering questions.
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery addresses.
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time.
• Responsible for collecting monies for bought items upon delivery to the customer.
• Responsible for carrying out the daily inspection of the general condition of assigned motorcycles and must properly lock motorcycles when there is a need to leave them unattended.
• Must enjoy riding bikes and be familiar with Lagos routes.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE 
• Must have a valid rider's card
• Must be presentable, outspoken, and clean-shaved
