We are looking to hire a Dispatch Clerk to manage documentation, track deliveries, and support dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate records, timely coordination, and smooth communication between the dispatch team and management.

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Record all incoming and outgoing deliveries.
  • Update dispatch logs and ensure proper documentation.
  • Communicate delivery updates to the relevant departments.
  • Verify waybills, manifests, and other logistics documents.
  • Support the dispatch team with daily administrative tasks.


Requirements:

  • OND or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience in logistics or clerical work.
  • Good record-keeping and computer skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
