Working Hours: 8 hours daily | 6 days a week
Accommodation: Provided only for night-shift duties
Job Summary
We are hiring a smart and tech-savvy Digital Trade Officer to manage digital transactions, assist customers, and ensure smooth online trade operations in a fast-paced financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
●Manage and process digital trade transactions
●Assist customers with enquiries and account issues
●Verify transaction details and maintain accurate records
●Resolve transaction issues with internal teams
●Prepare periodic reports
●Support customer onboarding for digital platforms
Requirements
●OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
●Strong computer skills | Fluency in written and spoken English
●Good customer service and interpersonal skills
●Attention to detail | Ability to work under pressure
●Basic knowledge of digital financial transactions (added advantage)
