Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC sector in a similar function
Extensive technical knowledge in Direct expansion A/C systems
Strong understanding and work exposure in residential A/C distribution industry within the region
Experience of working in international and multicultural environment is preferable
Strong network of Dealer contacts (Home Appliance Shop, Mass Distribution Channel, Installers)
Previous work experience in French West Africa region
Mechanical Engineering degree/diploma.
Excellent communication (presentation, negotiation and influencing) skills, both spoken, written English
Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, Powerpoint and Word
Think outside the box
