Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Translating customers’ repair problems into standard repair terminology
- Explaining repairs to customers
- Test-driving vehicles to confirm service repairs
- Estimating the cost and time needed for repairs
- Handling customer complaints
- Carrying out diagnosis and interpretation diagnostic reports to customers.
Requirements:
- 2 years experience is required
- Minimum academic qualification of Ond/Hnd/Bsc degree in any discipline
Remuneration: NGNÂ 100,000Â - 150,000
Please note: that the required experience must be narrowed to - Service Advisor in an Automobile workshop.
