Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries from social media platforms, WhatsApp, calls, and other communication channels.
- Follow up on leads generated through the company’s social media platforms and convert them into paying customers.
- Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND in any relevant field.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or lead conversion is an added advantage.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and convert generated leads into sales.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and persuasion skills.
- Must be willing to respond to customer enquiries during weekends when required.
- Must be customer-focused, polite, professional, and result-oriented.
