Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Marketing of company's loan Products & Managing existing Portfolio
- Collection of 100% Loan disbursed
- Managing Loan renewals by organizing follow up meeting with prospective clients.
- Ensuring Loan application meet company's financial policies as well as laws and regulations.
- Review loan requests: Evaluate loan applications submitted by clients.
- Assess clients’ financial status: Gather financial data and documentation from clients.
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks: Analyze risks associated with loan requests.
- Calculate financial ratios: Determine credit scores and interest rates.
- Set up payment plans: Ensure timely loan repayments.
- Maintain updated records: Keep track of loan applications and renewals.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND - At least 1 year experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Strong Analytical skills
- Proven work experience: Previous experience as a Credit Officer or Loan Officer.
- Hands-on knowledge: Familiarity with lending procedures and products.
- Analytical skills: Ability to create and process financial spreadsheets.
- Customer service experience: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
