Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy: Develop and implement brand strategies aligned with business objectives, including market analysis, target audience identification, and competitive positioning.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
- Brand Identity: Define and maintain brand guidelines, messaging, and visual identity to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to understand consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and consistency in brand messaging and execution.
- Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, including brand awareness, customer perception, and market share.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or related roles
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, consumer behavior, and market dynamics
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
- Monday-Friday (On-site)
