Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver parcels within scheduled timelines.
- Verify delivery details and maintain accurate records.
- Ensure parcels are handled safely and securely.
- Provide excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Report any delivery issues or delays to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- SSCE/OND qualification.
- Proven experience as a dispatch or courier rider is an advantage.
- Valid rider’s card and knowledge of local routes.
- Good communication and time management skills.
