Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cook, located in Lagos Mainland. The Cook will prepare and cook various meals in accordance with company standards, maintain a clean and organized kitchen, and ensure food safety and hygiene protocols are followed. Responsibilities include meal planning, portioning, inventory management, and collaborating with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dining experiences.
Qualifications
- Proven cooking skills with the ability to prepare a variety of meals efficiently
- Experience in meal planning, portion control, and inventory management
- Knowledge of food hygiene, safety regulations, and kitchen sanitation practices
- Strong organization, time management, and teamwork skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Formal culinary training or certification is a plus
- Previous professional cooking experience is highly desirable
- Willingness to learn and adapt to company standards and recipes
