The ideal candidate possesses sound communication skills, interpersonal skills and a proven track record of high performance in customer support and using design tools.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities and Duties

The Content Support & Client Experience Personnel will report to the Business & People Operations Executive dotted to the Principal/CEO.

  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Writing of newsletters and manage all content on digital platforms
  • Logging of technical issues, customer complaints and compliments.
  • Assist in the creation of monthly content calendar on all digital platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to Business & People Operations Executive.
  • Explore and exploit new growth opportunities for the business.
  • Proactively identify sources and resources needed to support business growth.



  • HND or BSc
  • 1-2 years proven track record of high performance in customer support and using design tools.


  • Highly organized
  • Use of design tools like Canva - Excellent
  • Communication – Mastery
  • People management - Excellent
  • IT savvy including use of MS office applications - Mastery
