The Content Support & Client Experience Personnel will report to the Business & People Operations Executive dotted to the Principal/CEO.
- Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner.
- Writing of newsletters and manage all content on digital platforms
- Logging of technical issues, customer complaints and compliments.
- Assist in the creation of monthly content calendar on all digital platforms.
- Provide administrative support to Business & People Operations Executive.
- Explore and exploit new growth opportunities for the business.
- Proactively identify sources and resources needed to support business growth.
- HND or BSc
- 1-2 years proven track record of high performance in customer support and using design tools.
- Highly organized
- Use of design tools like Canva - Excellent
- Communication – Mastery
- People management - Excellent
- IT savvy including use of MS office applications - Mastery
