Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Chief Talent Officer (CTO) to lead and oversee all talent and
people operations across the organization’s divisions. This executive role will provide leadership across Recruitment,
Administration & Compliance, and Compensation & Benefits, ensuring that talent strategy directly drives operational
excellence, performance, and sustainable growth.
Responsibilities:
•
Develop and implement an integrated talent strategy across all divisions.
•
Lead workforce planning, recruitment strategy, and employer branding initiatives.
•
Oversee HR administration and ensure full compliance with regulatory, statutory, and internal governance standards.
•
Design and manage compensation and benefits frameworks aligned with performance and retention goals.
•
Establish measurable KPIs to improve employee retention, productivity, and workforce efficiency.
•
Drive performance management systems that promote accountability and measurable outcomes.
•
Lead succession planning and organizational design initiatives to support business expansion.
•
Advise executive leadership on workforce risks, talent gaps, and structural improvements.
Requirements:
•
Strategic and commercially aware leader with strong business acumen.
•
Proven ability to build and scale HR systems and structures.
•
Strong execution discipline with a results-driven mindset.
•
Data-driven decision-making capability.
•
High executive presence with strong stakeholder management skills.
•
Demonstrated experience scaling HR functions in growing or multi-division organizations.
•
Hands-on experience working with integrated HR systems, particularly Zoho HRIS.
