We are looking for Call Center Representatives to be the liaison between our company and our current/potential customers/clients. The successful candidates will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries, keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls promptly.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide appropriate solutions.
- Follow laid-down communication scripts when handling different topics with customers.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and alternatives.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Take the extra mile to engage customers.
- Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database, understandably.
- Conduct follow-ups on inactive customers.
- Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of HND or equivalent in any field.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in Customer Service or similar role.
- Computer proficiency and ability to use office applications, internet and email excellently.
- Previous experience in a Customer Support or Call Center Representative role(s).
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening.
- Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems and practices.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 35 years.
Location: Abuja, Federal Capital Territory.
