The Business Growth Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting and selling training solutions to corporate and individual clients. The role involves identifying business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales to achieve growth and revenue targets.

- Drive sales of training programs (corporate & individuals).
- Identify, prospect and close new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years proven sales experience (preferably in training, consulting or B2B services.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience selling intangible services (not just products) is critical.
