Job Summary

The Business Development Executive at Buzzbite will secure new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and drive sales growth. Responsibilities include lead generation, client engagement, sales negotiation, and strategic planning. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and knowledge of influencer marketing. Job Description/Requirements


Lead Generation and Prospecting:

  • Identify potential clients and generate leads through various channels including networking, social media, industry events, and referrals
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.

Client Engagement:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations to showcase Buzzbite's services and value proposition.
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their marketing objectives.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Ensure all client agreements are documented and comply with company policies.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with overall business goals.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.
  • Provide regular updates to senior management on progress and areas for improvement.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the marketing or advertising industry.
  • Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of clients.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
