We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven business development manager to join our dynamic hospitality sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth across our core services and collaborating with marketing/operations to expand the restaurant's reach and profitability, often leading a sales team .

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies, set sales forecasts, analyze market trends, and plan new ventures (like new locations or franchises).
  •  Identify, research, and cold-call potential clients (corporate, events, catering) and franchisees; build strong relationships with existing partners.
  •  Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, pitch services, negotiate contracts, and close deals to meet revenue targets.
  • Work with marketing to create effective campaigns, promote the brand, and develop promotional materials.
  •  Lead, train, and motivate a business development team to achieve performance goals.
  • Track sales metrics, report on KPIs, and provide management with insights on performance and market opportunities
  • Requirements
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Excellent communication and people skills for forging partnerships and client loyalty.
  • Deep understanding of the food/hospitality industry, competitor activity, and consumer needs.
  •  Analyzing ROI for new ventures and profitability.
  • Taking initiative, seeing the big picture, and planning for long-term growth.
  •  Focus on B2B/corporate accounts, events, catering, or franchise development within the restaurant setting. 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in the Hospitality sector, marketing, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to build and sustain strong client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Gender: Female 


Renumeration: NGN 300,000
