Business Development Manager
Job summary
We are seeking a Cloud & Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to accelerate growth across our cloud and security portfolio. This role blends strategic market development, sales enablement, and partner ecosystem leadership. You will identify new market opportunities, shape go-to-market strategies, and drive pipeline expansion across regions and verticals.

Responsibilities:
Market Development & Strategy;
- Identify, validate, and prioritize new markets, verticals, and customer segments for cloud and cybersecurity growth.
- Develop and refine GTM strategies in collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
- Lead regional campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and competitive market analysis.
- Build and strengthen relationships with ecosystem partners, including vendors, MSPs, and resellers.
- Develop strategic roadmaps for cloud and cybersecurity solutions, leveraging existing connectivity and tools.
- Serve as a subject matter expert supporting white papers, solution positioning, and innovation initiatives.
Sales Enablement & Revenue Growth:
- Equip Sales teams with tools, training, and messaging aligned with market insights.
- Influence and convert market opportunities into a qualified pipeline.
- Support strategic bids, enterprise deals, and bundled cloud/cybersecurity offerings.
- Drive YoY
revenue growth across the cloud and cybersecurity portfolio.
Operational & Partner Ecosystem Management:
- Manage performance of regional partnerships and alliances, ensuring revenue and pipeline contribution.
- Lead joint business planning with strategic vendors and maintain vendor scorecards.
- Ensure compliance with governance frameworks (NIST, ISO, GDPR).
- Align cross-functional teams across Product, Pre-sales, Delivery, and Finance.
- Mentor and develop direct reports in line with performance objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc
Key Decisions You Will Influence:
- Technology and service selection to meet customer requirements.
- Go/No-Go decisions for bids, tenders, and RFXs.
- Prioritization of verticals, regions, and partner models.
- Campaign focus areas and GTM tactics.
- Product-market fit adjustments based on customer and partner feedback.
What You’ll Be Accountable For:
- Growth and viability of cloud and cybersecurity solutions across the Group.
- Achievement of regional sales revenue targets through solution sales leadership.
- Development and execution of market strategies.
- Pipeline growth, revenue influence, and partner ecosystem performance.
- Collaboration with regional marketing teams to execute impactful campaigns.
