The Furniture showcase (TFS), a subsidiary of Teal Harmony Ltd is hiring a Business Development Manager to help drive customer acquisition through leads generation, building client relationships, managing partnerships, and setting targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts.

- Manage existing and new Client's relationship to achieve Client’s satisfaction and Identify areas for potential business growth.
- Increase business opportunities through marketing, with a goal to source for clients
- Research the latest in the business industry, develop and implementing innovative sales products or solutions that would create new opportunities for business expansion.
- Approach sales from a strategic, long-term perspective, building relationships with expanding companies and partnerships.
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service for Client’s conversion and retention
- Strong understanding of company products and services, business positioning and competitors to keep the business competitive.
- Use data analysis to drive resource allocation and business decisions.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure Client's expectations and requirements are met.
- Utilize CRM system to construct and manage database of potential and existing clients/ partners.
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 4 years of working experience
