Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our market expansion initiatives and drive revenue growth. You will be instrumental in pinpointing new business prospects, forging strategic partnerships, and fostering enduring client relationships, conducting market analysis, and collaborating with internal teams to propel business expansion.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople 


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record as a Business Development Manager or in a similar capacity
  • Profound understanding of the education and technology sectors, as well as market dynamics
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Capacity to foster and sustain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated skill in formulating and enacting sales tactics
  • Strong business acumen and analytical capabilities
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented individual
  • Familiarity with Nigerian and global business landscapes
