Business Development Manager
Job summary
We seek a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand our client base, and secure new business opportunities across telecom, commercial, and industrial sectors. Must have strong experience in B2B sales, particularly in power, energy, or telecom infrastructure, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in telecom, energy, and related sectors
- Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals for solar and hybrid power solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including telecom operators and corporate organizations
- Conduct market research to identify trends and new opportunities
- Collaborate with technical and operations teams to develop tailored solutions for clients
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and commercial bids
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Track and report on sales performance and pipeline
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 3–6 years of experience in business development or sales
- Must have experience in power solutions, solar energy, or telecom infrastructure
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into business value
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
