Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Identify and Research Market Opportunities:

  •  Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
  • Analyze market data to develop and implement business development strategies.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Sales and Revenue Generation:

  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing strategies.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities and outcomes.
  • Analyze performance data to improve business strategies and operations.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment and support business objectives.
  • Provide insights and feedback to help improve products and services.


Requirements:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
