Business Development Executive
Job summary
We are seeking experienced Business Development Executives to support sales growth and market expansion within the solar and inverter industry. The role involves identifying business opportunities, managing sales channels, and executing strategies to drive revenue while working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities:
Market Research & Strategy
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and emerging industry trends.
- Analyse customer insights and competitor activity to support sales and marketing strategies.
Channel Partner Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and channel partners.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to expand product reach.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Present and demonstrate products to prospective clients.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close sales in line with targets.
Reporting & Collaboration
- Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
- Collaborate closely with local sales leadership and international suppliers using approved communication tools.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven sales experience, preferably in solar, inverter, energy, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of sales channels and partner-based sales models.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Good product knowledge and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Renumeration: NGN 200,000 gross monthly + commission
