Business Analyst
Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to support strategic decision-making across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data analysis, reporting, operational improvement initiatives, and proposal evaluations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and present strategy decks for internal and external stakeholders
- Track, analyse, and report key business metrics
- Evaluate methodologies and recommend process and operational improvements
- Build and assess business and project proposals
- Collaborate effectively across multiple departments in a cross-functional environment
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Power BI or similar tools for data interpretation and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical ability, and attention to detail
- Minimum of 5 years relevant industry experience
