Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Translate client briefs and business goals into a clear brand and growth strategy
  • Build and present strategic proposals and presentation decks to clients
  • Determine the right approach for each client, premium positioning and narrative for brands where perception drives value, or direct acquisition strategy for brands where volume and conversion are the priority
  • Direct and brief execution partners (social media, design, video, paid media, PR) to ensure work aligns with strategy
  • Track whether the strategy is delivering the agreed result, and adjust direction when it isn’t
  • Contribute to how the agency’s own brand and service offering evolve


Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand strategy, marketing strategy, or growth strategy, with evidence of real business outcomes, not only creative or content output
  • Strong understanding of brand positioning, narrative, and premium perception, as well as how strategy drives measurable commercial results
  • Proven ability to build a strategy from an unclear or open-ended brief, with minimal or no supervision
  • Confidence in presenting and defending strategic direction to senior client stakeholders
  • Experience directing the work of designers, content creators, or media specialists, without necessarily executing the work yourself
  • Agency, brand-side, or growth-marketing background is welcome
