1. The BCC, ICT & Youth job creation advisor will be responsible for designing the BCC, ICT and
Youth engagement components of the Project while also advising the PMU on the
implementation of the three components.
2. S/he will monitor the project activities and placement of youths on various vocational skills on
a regular basis, developing and maintaining the MIS of the Project including using agribusiness
as an asset for job creation
Knowledge and Experience
The position requires minimum of a bachelor’s degree in communication, Arts, social sciences
or Humanities and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in related project as various vocational
activities for youth’s job creation, livelihood and welfare analysis of beneficiaries with special
focus on male and female youths in disadvantaged locations/situations.
A hands on various vocational activities for youth empowerment, fluency in English and
Hausa as well as computer literacy with a full knowledge of Office applications will be a
huge factor for selection.
Successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and facilitation skills, both
verbally and in writing as well as effective coordination skills.
