You should have experience in supporting a Bold CEO and small team of experts, with astute admin management skill. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- AUB content schedule weekly and monthly content plan with themes.
- Handling all admin task for AUB Projects which include emails, pre-lunch activities for all programs for the calendar year.
- Create templates for proposals and executive training, therefore must be proficient with canva.
- Managing events communication with clients and participants via email.
- Uncovering new strategies to automate recurring or tedious BAU (business as usual) administrative tasks
- Creating and managing AUB blog and its content weekly
- Seeking creative ways to manage all AUB admin task to create more transparency and accuracy.
- Set up and implement pre event activities for all Aub programmes
- Liaise with marketing consultant to provide admin support
- Able to create branded graphics using Canva and edit videos for promotional purpose
- Schedule content weekly or monthly using automation software
- Write robust copies for projects, events and campaigns
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of OND/HND/BSc in any related disciplineÂ
- Minimum of 1 year of proven work experience
- Strong customer service and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and must understand the subjective nature of decision-making with internal and external customers
- Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication that is clear, and well-organized, and demonstrates the ability to set individual tasks and execute them daily
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required
- Organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- Computer LiterateÂ
