Job Summary

Our client in the real estate firm, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join their team. This role is critical to our strategic growth, focusing on expanding the organization's client base, driving new business opportunities, and fostering strong industry relationships.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and real estate sectors.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor industry developments and stay informed about new trends and regulations.


Requirements:

  • BSc/HND in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role within the construction and real estate industries.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
