Bar Supervisor

Location: Lagos state

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve cocktails and other beverages
Interact with customers, take orders and suggest drinks
Maintain the bar area and keep it clean and organized
Check customers' identification to ensure they meet minimum age requirements for consumption of alcoholic beverages
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails according to recipes
Follow safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Upsell drinks to customers when appropriate.
Requirements
OND / HND / BSC degree in Hospitality or any related field with 2-5 years work experience.
Excellent knowledge of cocktail recipes, alcohol and liquor types, flavor profiles and garnish techniques
Ability to work with a variety of equipment including shakers, blenders, and various other tools
Strong understanding of customer service and the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
Outstanding communication, customer service and interpersonal skills.
