Baker

We are looking for a skilled and passionate baker to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and bake a variety of products, including cakes, cupcakes, and pastries

• Follow recipes and production schedules accurately

• Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation

• Maintain cleanliness and proper hygiene standards in the kitchen

• Monitor ingredient stock levels and report shortages

• Work efficiently under pressure to meet daily production targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a baker

• Knowledge of baking techniques and cake decoration is an added advantage

• Attention to detail and creativity

• Ability to work early hours and in a fast-paced environment

• Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork
