We work with associates in different roles as pro rata paid contractors and individual partners in our world development programme on strong quality functional education designed to strengthen quality and effectiveness of education of youths and children passing through school in less developed countries of the world, most which are in Africa and includes Nigeria, to standard comparable with those of their peers in world leading developed rich and peaceful countries of Europe, Asia and North America in equipping them with cutting-edge industrial capacity for transforming raw material resources, their talents and intellect into modern goods, services and infrastructure that meet domestic needs, respond lobal demands, create jobs, generate wealth and lift peoples and communities from poverty to prosperity; while also developing their appreciation for shared positive values on which social order depends.

The ideal candidate thrives on autonomy, ownership, and measurable results, and wants to leverage their business communication and sales to grow with a high-impact organization. This role requires you to be relentless, a relationship-driven dealmaker who loves closing business, comfortable operating independently, commercially strategic, goal-oriented, and motivated by achievement and persuasive in negotiation of win-win partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead capture of all schools as units of the education system on programme to strengthen quality of education of Nigeria youths and children to parity with those of leading countries of Europe, Asia and North America;
- Identify and pursue strategic B2B opportunities with decision-makers at all levels in education;
- Manage sales cycles from outreach to close, maintaining high win rates for adoption of solutions for needs of education system;
- Establish and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and ecosystem players;
- Own performance KPIs with accountability for monthly and quarterly targets;
- Represent the company at key industry events, presentations, and executive meetings;
