The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, including customer service, sales, inventory management, and staff supervision. This role is key in driving sales performance, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a positive experience for customers.

  • Experience Length : 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Managing and overseeing junior staff activities.
  • Dealing with customer queries and complaints.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety guides.
  • organize financial records.
  • Ensure and account for proper use/handling of games and gaming equipment.
  • Ensure timely audit payments.
  • Compute and manage company goods and stocks inventory.


Requirements: 

  • This position is open preferably to a male candidate
  • Minimum 3 years of proven work experience in managerial capacity
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks.
  • Must be a hard worker.
  • Must have good references
