Analyst, Asset Assurance

A. Team Development/Leadership
- Thoroughly understand asset identification, components/parts and their mode of operations and communicate requirements to appropriate team members and manage all requirements accordingly to realise each for the stakeholder.

- Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach: assign accountabilities; set objectives; establish priorities; and monitor and evaluate results.
- Provide mentoring to all subordinates.

- Ensure all teams are practising the principles of collaboration, prioritisation, team accountability and visibility.
B. Operations
- Identifying & Validating of all reversed assets from sites.
- Categorisation/Classification of reversed assets for re-use, repair or scrap using the approved checklists of these assets
- Quality Assurance/ Quality Check (QA/QC) of new inbound goods to ensure they comply with the IHS specifications, as stated in the Purchase Order.
- Supervise the implementation of epoxy resin battery fortification at the warehouse by the epoxy vendors.
- Develop, keep and update the database for all sites' assets, reversed and their categories.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the warehouse team whenever this is required.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for support in all asset-related matters necessary for ensuring the company’s goals.
- Support other Project Managers in all asset-related issues required for a smooth close-out of the projects.
- Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to relevant stakeholders as due.
C. General Duties
- Promote communication between colleagues for the benefit of information flow and to curb any problems that arise.
- Write and submit reports to the Technical Head in all matters relating to reversed assets validation, categorisation, and Quality Assurance/Check of all new inbound goods into the warehouse.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
- Perform other appropriate duties as requested by the Technical Head.

Experience and Qualifications required
- 1st degree in Electrical Electronics Engineering or related discipline
- Master's degree in an Engineering or related field and/ or an MBA would be advantageous.
- Professional certifications such as PMP and PRINCE2 would be advantageous.
- 3-5 years' cognate experience in telecoms program management.
