With a view to harmonization, ENGIE has embarked on a major program to transform its processes and IT tools. This project, which extends over several years, concerns all the entities of the group and requires a sustained support.

To implement this support, we are looking to recruit a :

ALTERNANT â GET VMO Officer to support external partners

The head office is based in Courbevoie (La Défense), but the physical presence on the head office is not mandatory. We are also looking for international profiles.

The GET program aims to deliver the future business and IT core model with a central âone ERP / One ARIBAâ platform. The functional context of the program covers a set of functional areas including accounting, controlling and procurement as main areas.

The GET program offers a unique opportunity to onboard on one of the most ambitious and strategic Enterprise transformation programs with a very high IT footprint with S/4 & SAP ARIBA as central IT components. Innovation is at the heart of GET Program with an ambition to implement a best in class processes & solution.

For GET, the VMO (Vendor Management Office) stream is in charge of :

Operational management of external partners Performance management RFP management and procurement strategy Contractual management Dashboard and reporting

VMO stream is in direct line with GET Program lead.

Job Responsibilities:

A true conductor with a transversal role, your main missions will be as follows:

Work closely with project managers and partners to coordinating several projects Fully integrated in RFP process (coordination, evaluation, decision) KPI and dashboard production Strategic steering committees with partners and GET sponsors Follow the good practices of GET program management and contribute to its development and its continuous improvement

Position Requirements

Fluent in English. Knowledge in project management Issue resolution skills with the ability to deliver results Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others Ability to work with multiple internal cross-functional teams, Proactive and autonomous ; methodical and rigorous ; open and listening Knowledge of reporting tools (PowerPoint, Excel reporting)
