Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrative personnel who will be responsible to growing and managing existing customer base, inventory and book keeping and improving brand visibility on social media space

  • Minimum Qualification: Diploma
  • Experience Level: Mid level
  • Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Client service

  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with old, new, and prospective tribe members.
  • Work with clients to help them become consistent with their skin routine.
  • Market existing and new products to clients based on needs.
  • Prospect clients for other beneficial treatment, products or services that might interest them or be beneficial to their overall treatment goal, lifestyle, or personal need.
  • Welcome client to the clinic, prep the treatment room for client and clean up after every treatment for seamless flow of appointment.
  • Get feedback, video testimonial, website review from clients.
  • Run feedback survey on clients after every treatment to ensure excellent service delivery.


Clerical/ Social media duties

  • Maintain an updated database of old, new and prospective clients.
  • Properly maintain the clinic’s calendar for smooth running of client’s appointments (using Calendly app)

  • Create a monthly, weekly and daily social media and blog post schedule with the Lead esthetician or other members of the team.
  • Research industry related events, exhibitions, shows, and programs for sales, visibility, and positioning.
  • Attend industry related events on behalf of the company.
  • Organize photo or video shot for product, client or brand building.



Inventory & Bookkeeping:

  • Take weekly inventory of products and make sure products usage corresponds with revenue generated and data submitted by esthetician, signed client cards and invoice issued.
  • Take inventory of equipment taken by therapist for out of office work and reconcile same upon return (in good condition & quality) with strict adhere to established control protocols


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of BSc or OND/HND 
  • Good Communication & Interpersonal Skill
  • Tech Savvy
  • Minimum of two to three years working in customer service or sales and operations.
  • Ability to multitask and learning agility.


Location: Lekki & Ikoyi


Remuneration:
 NGN 100,000 - 150,000
