About the Role:
As an Account Manager focusing on the power industry, you will play a key role in developing client relationships and driving business growth across generation, transmission, and distribution sectors in the Benin region. You will work closely with internal teams and remote partners to ensure smooth project implementation and deliver high-value solutions to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
• Be responsible for client development and relationship maintenance in the power industry (generation, transmission, distribution) in the Benin region.
• Conduct external communication and business exchanges with middle to senior management in the power industry.
• Collaborate with internal teams and remote partners to drive project implementation and resource coordination.
• Demonstrate awareness of remote collaboration and management to support cross-regional business coordination.
• Identify opportunities for growth and propose solutions tailored to client needs.
• Monitor market trends and provide feedback to internal teams to inform business strategy.
Job Requirements:
• 5 years and above experience, familiar with the power industry (generation/transmission/distribution) and relevant business scenarios.
• Excellent external communication skills, capable of independently engaging with mid-to-senior-level clients.
• Strong internal collaboration skills to effectively coordinate resources both internally and externally.
• Adaptable to remote collaboration and management models.
• Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
