This individual will be responsible for revenue growth by selling frames, lenses and accessories at the gallery in line with SEC pricing policy; providing product information to customers and assisting customers to make a choice on frames and lenses in line with the Doctor’s prescription.

The Client Relations Officer is the company's first point of contact upon patient's arrival to the clinic. The ideal candidate communicates excellently with patients, attends to their needs and ensures an efficient and satisfactory service is given to the patients.
