Client Relations/Gallery Officer

Responsibilities:

• Sell frames, lenses and accessories to customers.
• Possess deep product knowledge of frames, lenses and accessories
• Assist patients in the selection of eyewear appropriate to their payment ability.
• Discuss customer's needs, occupation and interest to determine best frames to suit lifestyle.
• Verify prescription glasses and notify patients when eyewear is ready for pickup.
• Inventory frames and accessories weekly and update bin cards.
• Provide information on choice of frames and accessories selected by patients to cash department.

Client Relations:

• Welcome patients and clients into the clinic, getting personals details from them and registering them.
• Enlighten patients about our free eye checkup and persuade them to come get their eyes checked.
• Assist patients and customers with filling out necessary forms and registering them on the company's software.
• Resolve customer complaints, diffuse unsatisfied patients, and provide solution to remedy situation.
• Promptly escalate customer's complaint to the Branch Manager
• Answer the clinics phone calls promptly according to company's guidelines.
• Up-sell and cross sell services and products
• Study and know competitive trend to find new ways to retaining customers.

Requirements:

• This position is open preferably to a female candidate
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience either as a receptionist or in similar role 
• Must have a first degree (B.sc) or equivalent.
• Must have completed NYSC.

Location: The candidate should live around Warri and environs.
