We are seeking a high-performing and strategic Zonal Head to lead business development, portfolio growth, and operational excellence across a defined region. This role requires a commercially astute leader with a strong track record in driving revenue, managing high-value relationships, and leading diverse teams to deliver sustainable performance.
As a Zonal Head, you will be at the forefront of executing the Bank's growth strategy—championing customer-centricity, optimizing regional performance, and fostering a culture of accountability and innovation. Responsibilities
- Implementation of commercial banking & state government strategy in Zone
- Definition of marketing and sales strategies of commercial banking division
- Development of Commercial Banking products and services
- Management and maintenance of existing customer relationships and development of new customer relationships
- Management of credit risk framework
- Develop a customer management framework including customer insight driven marketing
- Fund the bank with cheap liabilities
- Provide on-the job training for Relationship Managers
- Play Ambassadorial role in the region of operation
- Prepare weekly reports for Goup head
- Achieve PCE, Balance and other performance target
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by the Group Head
- Supervise the implementation of CBD digital marketing strategy by teams in the Zone

Qualification
A good first degree in any discipline. Relevant Masters' degree will be an advantage

Experience
Minimum of 12 years' experience in a bank with at least 6 years' experience in marketing at the minimum of Manager level
