Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Digital Asset Manager to oversee the organization, storage, and distribution of our digital assets. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, a proven ability to quickly learn new tools, and exceptional skills in training and onboarding clients to adopt and utilize technology.

Responsibilities:
- Organize, catalog, and maintain digital assets (images, videos, documents, etc.) in a centralized digital asset management (DAM) system, ensuring easy access and efficient workflows.
- Leverage expertise in CRM platforms (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot) to integrate digital assets with customer data, enhancing personalized marketing and client engagement strategies.
- Rapidly learn and master new DAM and related software tools, staying ahead of industry trends to recommend and implement best-in-class solutions.
- Develop and deliver training programs to onboard clients and internal teams on DAM systems and related tools, ensuring seamless adoption and optimal use.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve asset accessibility, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines and metadata standards.
- Monitor and report on asset usage, system performance, and client engagement metrics, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide technical support to clients and internal stakeholders, resolving issues related to DAM and CRM systems promptly.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in digital asset management, with at least 2 years working with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Proficiency in DAM platforms (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager, Bynder, Widen) and CRM software. Familiarity with metadata standards, cloud storage, and API integrations.
- Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools and technologies.
- Proven experience in creating training materials and conducting onboarding sessions for clients or teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- Knowledge of graphic design or multimedia editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) as they relate to digital assets.
