JOB VACANCY: WORKSITE NURSE

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Employer: MetroHealth HMO (for one of our corporate clients)

MetroHealth HMO is recruiting a qualified and dedicated Worksite Nurse to support one of our client organizations with its head office located in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will provide on-site clinical care, first aid services, health advisory, and wellness support to staff while maintaining high standards of occupational health practice.

Key Responsibilities

•
Provide first aid, routine medical care, and emergency response within the worksite.

•
Conduct initial assessments, vital signs checks, and basic clinical evaluations.

•
Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of all patient information.

•
Coordinate health education, wellness programs, and preventive health activities.

•
Manage on-site clinic supplies, equipment, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

•
Support occupational health initiatives as directed by MetroHealth HMO.

Requirements

•
Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Midwife (RM) with a valid practicing license.

•
Minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience; experience as an occupational/worksite nurse is an advantage.

•
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•
Ability to respond quickly and calmly in emergency situations.

•
Proficiency in basic health documentation and reporting.
