Job summary
We're looking for a smart, proactive, and highly motivated lady to manage the daily operations and online presence of a premium wellness center in Abuja. Our wellness center offers a Ladies Gym, Spa, and Salon, and we're looking for someone who can ensure every client enjoys an exceptional experience while helping the business grow.

Responsibilities:
Operations:
- Oversee the daily running of the gym, spa, and salon.
- Ensure the facility is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Coordinate staff schedules and daily activities.
- Monitor stock levels and replenish supplies when necessary.
- Manage appointments and bookings.
- Ensure services start on time and clients are attended to promptly.
- Prepare daily and weekly operational reports.
Customer Experience:
- Welcome clients warmly and professionally.
- Respond to calls, WhatsApp messages, and social media inquiries.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
- Follow up with clients after appointments.
- Encourage repeat visits and referrals.
Sales & Business Growth:
- Increase memberships, appointments, and repeat customers.
- Promote gym memberships, spa treatments, salon services, and special offers.
- Suggest creative campaigns and promotional ideas.
- Build partnerships with nearby businesses, estates, and organizations.
Social Media & Marketing:
- Manage Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and WhatsApp Business.
- Create engaging daily content.
- Capture photos and short videos for social media.
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Maintain a consistent online presence that reflects a premium brand.
Administration:
- Keep accurate client records.
- Track inventory and sales.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers.
- Ensure operational standards are maintained across all departments.
Requirements:
- Is smart, mature, and emotionally intelligent.
- Has excellent spoken and written English.
- Is respectful, courteous, and professional.
- Has strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Is confident interacting with clients.
- Can solve problems without waiting to be told what to do.
- Is comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media.
- Has a good eye for aesthetics and presentation.
- Is willing to learn and continuously improve.
- Experience in hospitality, beauty, fitness, wellness, customer service, or business operations.
- Experience managing social media for a business.
- Canva, CapCut, or basic content creation skills.
- Sales or marketing experience.
