Responsibilities:
- Listing Quality Control: Develop and enforce content standards for service providers to ensure listings are professional, accurate, and high-converting.
- SEO & Growth: Execute a content strategy (blogs, landing pages, city/category pages) designed to rank for high-intent keywords in the service industry.
- User Experience (UX) Writing: Craft clear microcopy for the platform interface, including onboarding flows, transactional emails, and error messages.
- Provider Education: Create resources, FAQs, and guides that help service providers succeed on our platform.
- Content Management: Manage the CMS, ensuring all site information is up-to-date and links are functional.
- Analytics: Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to iterate on what works.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1–3 years in digital content management, ideally within a marketplace, e-commerce, or B2B2C environment.
- SEO Mastery: Deep understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, and how to write for "search intent."
- Editorial Eye: Exceptional writing and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences (e.g., professional service providers vs. casual consumers).
- Technical Literacy: Comfort working within modern CMS platforms and basic knowledge.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to use data to justify content decisions and measure ROI.

Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 100,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am to 6pm
