We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to manage the end-to-end HR function for our small, dynamic team. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and people-oriented, with the ability to balance operational efficiency and a positive employee experience.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding.
- Employee Relations: Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns, questions, or conflicts. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture while supporting managers with people-related matters.
- HR Operations & Administration: Maintain accurate employee records, track attendance and leave, coordinate payroll, and ensure HR compliance.
- Policy & Compliance: Develop, communicate, and enforce HR policies aligned with labor laws and organizational standards.
- Performance & Development Support: Implement performance review frameworks and provide support for employee development initiatives and learning programs.
- HR Reporting: Maintain accurate employee records and provide concise reports on HR metrics and trends to management for decision-making.
- Compensation & Benefits: Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits that align with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, ideally in a generalist role within a small or dynamic organization, preferably in tech-driven environments.
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitment strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
