Job Summary
Your responsibility is to serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to patrons in a bar. You are also responsible for interacting with customers, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and ensuring responsible alcohol service. Bartenders may also take food orders, handle cash and credit transactions.

Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks according to recipes and customer requests, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options.
- Greet guests, take drink and food orders, provide recommendations, and ensure a positive and enjoyable experience.
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area, stocking supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring proper handling and storage of alcohol.
- Processing payments accurately, handling cash and credit transactions, and balancing the cash register.
- Monitoring stock levels, placing orders for supplies, and ensuring the bar is adequately stocked with necessary ingredients and equipment.
- Following all relevant local and national liquor laws, food safety regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Retentive memory is required, great listening ears, with excellent communication skills
